  • Outreach system design and execution
  • Compliance and proposal preparation support

All services are provided on a best-effort basis and are customized to each client's capabilities, goals, and market conditions.

2. No Guarantee of Contract Award

While we may reference outcomes, historical performance, or guarantees related to qualified opportunities, Limitless AI Growth does not guarantee contract awards, revenue, or specific financial results.

Federal contract outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • government requirements and funding
  • competitive landscape
  • agency decision-making
  • client execution and responsiveness

3. "3 Qualified GovCon Leads in 60 Days" Guarantee

Where explicitly offered in a written agreement, Limitless AI Growth may provide a performance-based guarantee.

Definition of a Qualified Lead

A "qualified GovCon lead" is defined as an opportunity that:

  • aligns with the client's stated capabilities and past performance
  • meets basic eligibility and compliance requirements
  • represents a realistic potential pursuit
  • falls within the client's target agency or market scope

Guarantee Terms

If the agreed-upon number of qualified leads is not delivered within the stated timeframe, Limitless AI Growth will continue working at no additional service fee until the guarantee condition is met.

This guarantee:

  • does not guarantee contract award or win probability
  • does not apply if delays are caused by client inaction, incomplete information, or failure to engage in agreed activities

Guarantee terms may vary by engagement and are governed by the signed client agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and timely information
  • participate reasonably in strategy discussions and reviews
  • comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • ensure their own compliance with procurement and ethics regulations

Limitless AI Growth is not responsible for outcomes impacted by inaccurate information or lack of client participation.

5. Use of AI & Data Sources

Our services may leverage AI-assisted tools and publicly available data sources, including but not limited to SAM.gov, FPDS, and USAspending.

AI tools are used to:

  • support research and prioritization
  • improve efficiency and insight
  • assist human judgment—not replace it

We do not claim ownership over government data sources, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Limitless AI Growth remain the intellectual property of the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. No Legal or Procurement Advice

Limitless AI Growth provides strategic and advisory services only. We do not provide legal advice, procurement authority, or official interpretations of federal regulations.

Clients are responsible for consulting qualified legal or compliance professionals as needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless AI Growth shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • lost profits or business opportunities
  • decisions made by government agencies or evaluators

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed client agreement. Obligations related to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
